2. Return Process

Pick-Up or Drop-Off
Once approved, a courier will be assigned to pick up the product, or you may be guided to the nearest drop-off location. -
Product Inspection
After the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check before processing your refund or replacement.
