1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., ink bottles opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


2. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Go to your order history, select the item you want to return, and click “Request Return”.

  2. Provide Required Details
    Upload clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, especially if damaged or incorrect.

  3. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request and update you within 24–48 hours.

  4. Pick-Up or Drop-Off
    Once approved, a courier will be assigned to pick up the product, or you may be guided to the nearest drop-off location.

  5. Product Inspection
    After the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check before processing your refund or replacement.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued in one of the following ways:

  • Original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking)

  • Store credit (if chosen by the customer)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection.

  • Depending on your bank, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Deductions (If Applicable)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).

  • In cases of buyer’s remorse, return shipping charges may apply.


4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items received

  • Missing items in a combo or set

Replacements will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.


5. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
